"My love of design and architecture started at very young age. My family immigrated to Canada when I was only three, in the hopes of living the 'Canadian Dream'. Some of my first memories are of my father cutting down trees on the lot he had purchased and digging the foundation of our new home prior to the concrete truck arriving.
As a child, I learned to hammer, dig, paint and laugh while my parents (self-proclaimed DIYers) moved my family from house to house...from farm-land to city suburbs...we lived and built it all. My memories are chock-full of 'old-fashioned' blueprints and sketches from these various homes. I know now how important those sketches are.
After earning my credentials with a BA in Art History and Architecture and a second degree from Ryerson University's renowned Interior Design program, I set out to help other design their homes...help them in the delicate balance between functional and fantastic.
I now live in North Toronto with my husband and three children. I adore design and feel fortunate to have the opportunity to live my dream job everyday."
